This page is intended to be clear and comprehensive. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use FAWD Pools.
FAWD Pools is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. FAWD Pools does not operate a sportsbook, casino, betting exchange, or gambling service. FAWD LLC does not take a “cut,” handle wagers, guarantee outcomes, or facilitate payments between participants.
Pools may involve entry fees, prizes, reimbursements, or other arrangements that are decided and managed entirely by the host and participants outside of FAWD Pools. Hosts and participants are solely responsible for:
FAWD LLC is not a party to any agreement between hosts and participants and has no obligation to enforce pool rules, process refunds, or recover funds.
Laws regarding pools, contests, raffles, sweepstakes, and gambling vary widely by location. You are responsible for determining whether participation is legal where you live and where the pool is hosted. You agree not to use FAWD Pools in any way that violates applicable law or third-party terms (including payment provider policies).
FAWD Pools is provided “as is” and “as available.” FAWD LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Standings, scoring, schedules, game results, and other content may be delayed, incorrect, incomplete, or change without notice. FAWD LLC is not responsible for errors in scoring, pool configuration, data feeds, user input, or display. Hosts should verify results before distributing prizes.
FAWD Pools may link to or reference third-party services (e.g., Venmo, email providers, sports data sources). FAWD LLC does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their performance, policies, outages, delays, fees, disputes, or losses. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any guest links you create or share. Anyone with access to a guest link may be able to view or interact with a pool as permitted by that link. FAWD LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by sharing links, weak passwords, compromised devices, or social engineering.
You agree not to use FAWD Pools to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAWD LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, payment disputes, prize disputes, or any other losses arising out of or related to your use of FAWD Pools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAWD LLC’s total liability for any claim related to FAWD Pools will not exceed the amount you paid to FAWD LLC for use of the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FAWD LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of FAWD Pools, your pool rules, your payment/prize arrangements, your violation of law, or your violation of any rights of another.
FAWD Pools is an independent product. FAWD LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, athlete, or governing body. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
FAWD LLC may update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of FAWD Pools after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
